I'm a French-Cambodian freelance writer and editor, with a focus on food and travel. I've written for the Guardian, The Independent, High Life, Red, Monocle and Lonely Planet, among others. A former food editor for Mr & Mrs Smith and destination editor for Eurostar, I live in St Leonards-on-sea and visit my hometown of Paris whenever the pastry cravings get too strong.
